I tried reseting my tcm and it said this tool is not licensed what should i do ?

its married to a different vehicle, you have to restore it to that before you can use it again...

It cant be married i have the 89 oct tune installed on it andd 12% throttle on it

My tool doesn't let me change tire size either just got 22s and the Speedo marks different miles says (5) this tool isn't licensed! Help!

My predator isn't married to any other car only to my charger because I have a tune installed to it. So why can't I use it properly! ? Frustrating. .... :/
