Cant get current update and registered

Hello, I just purchased the Intune I-1000. So when I plug it back in I get an error code that say Fail to copy driver file. If you are not logged in as the computer administrator, please navigate to the in tune CD Rom drive right click in Tune.exe and chose run as Administrator. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact tech support for help with this matter. I get this every time I plug it into the computer. I just click the OK button on the message it goes to the In-tune software. Say its up to date the right to the web site to try and register it. I tried to register it and got the message to check for email for the activation code but I never get anything. I checked my trash and spam files but nothing was there. When I plugged it into my computer again to try again do the update. get that Error again, click ok, it show the Diablo software for a few seconds then goes to your web site and wants to register it again. Try again but says it is already registered. Still I never got the email for the activation code. Please help.
