Question about P0430 Catylast below threashold bank 2

I cannot find how to understand the data from the data logger. I am getting different reading from bank 1 and 2. But I am not sure which is the front sensor or the rear. I also do not know if the reading is telling me the sensor is bad or if it is the cat itself.
The vehicle is a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 4wd, no muffler (straight piped after the cats but still has the factory Y) , it also has shorty headers and a CAI. Started after an exhaust leak.

I'm just trying to figure out what to replace. This started when I broke a header tube; I had to drive it that way a few months. I have since repaired the exhaust leak and I'm still getting the code. It takes it about 50-75 miles to throw it after it is cleared.

1/1 and 2/1 are front.

1/2 and 2/2 are rear.

P0430 is bank 2 (pass side), there must be a leak there still or the cat is bad.

Pretty sure I have the leak stopped. I guess Ill be looking for a cat. Is there a way to fix to stop this (if the cats are removed) without a custom tune?

You can stop the code by using a mil eliminator that is sold on the internet or if you are handy with a soldering iron you can install a 1 meg ohm resistor in series with the O2 sensors output, and 1uf capacitor across the input to the computer at the pigtail of the O2 sensor. This will create a delay circuit that fools the computer into thinking the cat is working properly. You can also find a schematic of this on the internet if my description is not clear to you. The resistor and cap will cost less tha $1.
