intune wont work

just got it today, sat through the update and reboot. tried to load tune onto my 05 mustang v6 i get an error: failed to read PCM original backup error 16. BTW i have noticed their is nothing in the tunes folder on the device, not sure if that should have something or not. I did submit my vehicle information for you to write three custom tunes before you sent it so shouldn't they be in that folder?

there won't be anything in the Tunes folder until the tool actually reads/saves your original backup stock tune and writes the preset canned tune to the car...

and since neither of those happened, then no, there will be nothing in the tunes folder...

it couldn't even read your pcm.. so no it couldn't save it or write to it...

have anything aftermarket installed in the car, like aftermarket stereo, subs, amps, nav, alarm, remote start, etc?? if so, it would all need to be disconnected/disabled/pull the fuses for it...

i already disconnected my radio, dont have anything else to take off.

load the attached update to the tools intune drive and let the tool reboot, then go try it in the car again please.
