bought a Intune from a friend trying to run updater and gives me following message:
An error occured. Info: please contact support @diablosport.com using Calibration ID: 12639270, 12642190, 12642188, 12625892, 12632566, 12632570, 12632574, 12642192. Status: Error
please contact tech support for help

is there a file on the intune drive/tunes folder called backupdiablotune?
Did the tool read the file from your car and say it has been previously tuned?

There is no backup tune file or folder on the PC. and havent made it to the car was updating the tuner before i attempted.

unplugged it and updated again and it went throughsays intune is up to date now.
