predator u7136 help!

Hi I have a predator I bought used have the original box ,disk and cords it's not married only to my charger I have 89 Oct 12% throttle. I recently bought 22s but I can't change tire size nor the tcm it says this tool is not licensed

the vehicle licensing message refers to the marriage of the tool. under options/show last tune written what is listed ?

there is no vin shown on that screen, or you didn't scroll down?

also, post what it shows under options/troubleshooting/show VIN and show calid while plugged into the vehicle please.

In Vin there's nothing and calid says pcm 05094955AC I scroll down and nothing

If you go to options/troubleshooting/show VIN and Show calid, what is reported?

The vin has nothing even if I scroll down or up and calid says 05094955AC that's it

That's it if I scroll up down there's nothing just that

somehow the pcm lost its vin, and that will need to be programmed to make it all work again...
