Cannot update, registration

I am having a issue with the diablo sport Intune. when I plug it into my computer it recognizes the device, however other than being to view the files on the intune drive and shows a cd drive that has nothing in it, I cannot update. when I go into the tool status it shows the license as 0/1 so I am assuming that it needs to be registered before it will allow any updates.

save this to the intune druive and it will register the tool.
you need the new dcx, ford, and gm databases.

thanks, I copied the file into the main directory of the itunes drive, it loaded but still showing 0/1 registered and the file disappears on the drive. also tried the tuner on 6 different computers (4 windows XP, 2 Windows 7) and still cannot get the virtual CD drive to show anything on it. It always comes up as a empty drive. also in device manager it shows intune and cannot find a driver for the device.
here is the file again, not sure if anything has changed...

if you are trying to update on a pc load this to the intune, let it reboot, then updater should run.

Hey Mikel, thank you for all your help and very quick responses.
I still had no success getting the intune to do anything regarding updating. I exchanged it today at the place i purchased it at. The replacement intune cd loader and intune.exe loaded instantly and i was able to update and register it no problem.
