Process to reset inTune from PC

Once I plug in my device and it updates, it never is the latest version. Is there a way to reset it so that it will start over and update correctly?

update it to the 1r03y that came out yesterday, and try again please.

So I have updated to the latest. I can now input the tire size (they are different on the 300s at 245/45/20) but I cannot reset the TCM. It is still giving me the error.

Mike, any luck? Been quite awhile. My tool does not work the way it was supposed to when I purchased it. I am hoping for a resolution.

I have a few people with similar issues, we are looking into whats needed to correct this.
