ECKS WATERMARK???? WTF

I purchased the Trinity T-1000 based off of your website indicating that it WOULD work with my vehicle a 2014 Dodge Charger SRT8 with the 6.4L Hemi, Ever since I began trying to use this I have been regretting the purchase of this now paperweight on my desk. I have been on the phone with tech support for over a week trying to resolve this "ECKS WATERMARK" problem that keeps arising every time I try and write the 93 Octane or the 91 Octane to my vehicle.

The Trinity is running v.1r13, tech support can not resolve this matter and I have been patient in waiting on hearing from an engineer to resolve the issue. I dropped $599 on this unit and according to your authorize reseller my vehicle "IS" comparable and therefor they will be billing my a 25% restocking fee if I return it.

So what do we do ..................

Fix i was sent today still dosnt work. Locks up when you go to load the tune.... Says please wait on the screen that count 2-8 seconds or whatever... Mine just freezes right there.

Even though the update that User "Icecold7769" is referring to was a 100% flop is there a reason I was left out receiving the update?

Doesn't work. Same issue. Go to load the new tune get the same error.. Watermark... The saga continues

please go to options/show information and confirm it shows 1r13ab.
