Help with timing and fuel showing Knock Retard

Hi,
I did some data logging on my 2006 chrysler 300c 5.7 hemi on my Diabosport Intune. Only mods I have are a custom exhaust without muffler and K&N Filter in the factory air box. I have the DiabloSport Tune loaded and Im running 93 octane gas....MDS off. I have heard allot said about short term and long term Knock retard along with fuel/air mix, WOT and spark timing. I have included 2 recorded data files from the intune. The first is a rolling 40mph to WOT and #2 is from low mph to WOT. Do the figures look like my Knock retard at WOT is advancing and I need spark or fuel adjustment. The highest ST retard was 2.00 and LT retard was 3.00. I ran this setup with no a/c on esp enabled.
Do I Increase Fuel or Spark???

if the knock occurs during the shifts and then drops back, thats fine.

I see that my AFR is running at 14.71 on normal driving and only drops to 12.72 on WOT. Should it be lower. I have read that 11.73 was like a great target for AFR. The diablo manual says if knock retard is 5.00 or below to decrease spark timing along the scale by .5. But if im running rich should I just lean it out across the board. I am going to get a custom tune soon from hemifever. But like to know whats going on and understand as much as possible on my vehicle. Thanks for the help.

I am also running the regular diablo tune not the 93 octane diablo tune. Which is better and should I change it.

Its the same tune Diablo Tune is the 93 tune. If you're running 93 octane its fine. If you're running lower, use the 91 tune.
