An Error Occurred, please plug in your inTune and try again

I keep getting this same error when trying to update my intune. I got the error the first time I tried updating it, which was a few months ago. I bought another one last week and I was able to update it yesterday just fine with no problems. However, the original one I am still getting the same error. It just starts the update process and after about 5 minutes it pops up with this error. If I unplug it and try updating again I will get the same error. I have tried restarting my computer and doing all of the normal things with no solution. Also, the fact that I was able to update the other one tells me there's something wrong with this particular programmer.

put this on the intune drive,. let it reboot, then run the updater again.
