Knock ST AND LT problem

im seeing a bunch of knock on my completely bone stock srt4 with just the canned tune 93oct tune. can someone send me a tune or file i can load to get rid of all this knock?

got a wideband?
Its likely pretty lean....

Dont have a wideband at the moment.... shouldnt the pcm learn and adjust to the knock to eliminate most of it? i have 6 degrees of short term and 5.5 of long term knock with very little 93oct fuel in the car when i was data logging. The fuel was pure 93 just was running on empty, but im now full on 93. Can anyone take a look at my log? i also have a oil pressure sensor swich thats going bad and the oil lights pops on and off at idol. But i did a oil pressure test and it has perfect pressure so i dont know if that would be the cause. To be honest i dont think it would have anything to do with it. please help

also if you could give mew a rule of thumb for the amount of degrees of knock, to how much timing should be pulled for that amount of knock as a reference or knock to the amount of fuel that should be added that would be great. heres my last log if anyone is able to view it

You must have a wide-band if your going to play with timing/fuel. The 93oct tune is a starting point for you to dial in.
