problem with transmisson after restore the tool u7140

my car is 2006 mustang gt V8 automatic ,

I bought Used predator u7140 ( locked with first car ) and i bought the code for restore the tool , after Force restore the car wont start ( cranking but not turn over ) and I take my car for Workshop and reflash PCM ,
now the car start fine but after 1 Minute the reverse light turn on and the car drive in 3rd gear only , and hard reverse

here the trouble code show up

P0689 ECM/PCM Power Relay sense Circuit low.
P1000 OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete.

no , it is small Workshop ,

not the dealership

if it does not work right after they flashed it, they need to redo it properly.
