I havent used my intune for a few months and just got a new Laptop and installed dataviewer 3.3 along with the drivers for the intune to work with it. I open dataviewer and plug in my intune to see if it connects and it sits there "searching" and the intune has remote access mode on the screen and does nothing. Also i got the update screen pop up and had it do its thing for about an hour and when the update finished it said it was unable to update. So what am I missing here?Im on windows 8.1 and never had this issue til i just tried to use it on my new laptop
Second I need to know detailed how to install a custom tune that was emailed to me. I sent my backup/ current to the tuner and sent me a revised back and now im stuck and have no knowledge on a way to install it in my car and not mess anything up. Im so lost and feel lost.
