The Application is missing or corrupt

I was updating my predator for my 05 mustang with the new revision u7140_stang_05-8r38 and it failed to load. Now when it powers up it says booting pc_05 and then goes to a screen that says "the application is missing or corrupt" and will not go any further other than continuing to reboot. Any suggestions???
