Tire Size 35" + not taking

Post by doz »

I have a Trinity on my '14 Ram 1500. Anytime I put in a tire size (either by inches, or by aspect ratio) that is larger than 34.5", it will not take. If I put in an aspect that is equal to 34.5" or less OR put in 34.5" as the actual tire size, it will take.

Will this ever be fixed? I recall this being an issue a long time ago vaguely but I never worried about it as I never had 35" tires.

thats not something i have seen before, we will investigate.

FWIW, very few 35" tires actually measure out to 35", usually closer to 33.5-34"

Thanks

Hi,
This has bee communicated few times earlier as I have had this problem since i got my Trinity about 3 years back.
I wrote a post on this but never heard back.
When can we expect this to be looked into?

Having the same issue with a 2014 Ram 2500. 37" tires installed. Only allows me to attempt change by Tire RPM. Have tried 560-500 and Speedo is still 4-5 mph off. Not acceptable condition. Please fix and respond.
