Hanging RPM after PCM adapts

Hello, ive got a 2008 Ram 1500 5.7L hemi, only major mods are, Inertia Spartan cam 214/222 112LSA, Econo head porting, and Long Tube Headers. Ive got a custom tune,(not nameing anyone) and the truck runs great for the first 50-75 miles untill the PCM learns the addaptations. My rpm will hang if moving at any speed in neutral and givving it any gas(rev the engine), it feels like the transmisson is forced into the next gear, as the rpm do not fall upon normal shifting, and when crusing with my foot off the gas my speed hesitates to go down, it mostly will just hold steady like curise control is on. All of this can go away if i re-tune with the same tune, or pull the pcm fuse but only for 50-75 miles. Could anything be done on my part, or will my tuner have to fix this? Much Appreciated

Thats something your tuner will probably have to fix. If the tune isn't locked the tech guys can look at it, but most tuners lock their tunes, as if they're doing some super secret stuff.

I asked him before I got the tune and he said that he didn't lock them. I'll get a log this weekend.

Alright, ive got the data logs. Who can look at them for me?

Both logs were on the same rout same day and there were no hills. On these logs i also included what the rpm did while while moving at any speed and the trans in neutral. When you give it gas like this the rpms will run away untill you come to a complete stop or force it into drive. I did the hanging rpm in manual second and first to show what exactly what its doing. And it is all cured when the tune is re-installed( pcm not learned)
