actually i need some help of file tuning

i have Jeep SRT8 6.4L with comp cam 272/282 lift .619/.612 with phaser lock , long tube headers , cat back , and cold air intake also with drop in pistons
stock bore

i need custom tune file ?

it can be made it by TSS ?

im using trinity tuning

Yes, you need to contact a CMR tuner for this, TSS may be able to help, or there are other email tuners who may be able to do it for you.

i purchase a custom tune from TSS
i follow the procedure that to send the original back up file and fill the information required about the vehicle
and purchase the tune but i dont know if the information enough or not no respond nothing to update me
i contact them by email many times no respond

any contact number i can contact them or any type of contacting them

you need to contact them, they are not part of diablosport.. so whatever contact info they have on their site is where you need to contact them at...
