Question about changing canned tunes

If I copy, rename, and save a canned tune as a custom tune then go into it to make changes will I be starting with the settings from the tune or from stock. Example: renamed "hard shift" and then uploaded it and now wanting to go in and adjust pressures. when I open the pressure adjustment setting is it at the "hard shift" setting?
So, if I add 10% will that be on top of the hard shift tune?

If that is the case, where can I find out what the settings are in the tunes so we can make adjustments?

yes, the changes you make would be on top of the changes already done in the hardshift tune..
