I made 91 tune. JGC 2012, Hemi. Than I wrote two logs.
I wonder that desired AFR had been changing (as it should be) and open loop A had not.
Just straight line of open loop AFR value and min -max-actual figure glue at 14.53

If oxygen sensor is out of function it will not be such average value. No fault codes wrotten in PCM .

Does it mean presence of software bugs in tune or smth. else ?

The PCM cant actually monitor AFR in open loop, so theres not much to see there

Thanks, but in previous logs I'd saw moving open loop AFR. More or less in accordance with desired AFR.

One more log have been reviewed. So at WOT only straight line of AFR at 14.53 drops to 11.35 for few seconds. Means PCM can monitor the open loop AFR ?

no, you are seeing commanded AFR there, not actual.
