1-2 shift harsh

1-2 shift feels like it slips then bangs into gear at 3/4 or WOT otherwise shifts fine. I have tried hard and firm tunes no change, also messed with pressures increased and decreased no change. I have heard it might have something to do with speedo calibration? it's off 2-3mph according to gps. I want a hard shift but with out the slip- bang into gear. Im also hearing some knock at WOT between 4k-5.5k, on 91 tune running 93 in the tank. I know I can just retard timing a few deg's or add fuel there. Main issue is the shifting...any help would be great!! thanks

please post the files from the tunes folder on the intune drive, and the info.xml file.
