Ford Diablochip and PCM

Recently bought a '99 7.3 F-350 and it had a diablochip on it. Well, the truck started shifting bad and finally overdrive went out. Took it in and found out that the PCM was messed up along with an exhaust sensor and trans range sensor. I left the chip off, and had the parts replaced and stock programed. Now the truck runs good, but I was wondering if the chip caused the PCM problems cause I want the power back. Is the chip bad? Can the chip be fixed?

You can have the chip reflashed by one of our dealers.
I highly doubt the chip is bad, as the truck will generally not run if it is bad.
