specific information relating to any issue or question you may have :
when I try to download a custom tune I first got an error (see below)
then thereafter when I try again to dowload the file Iget no error but i get download successful
but it really doesnt download anything as it doesnt show any progess on the progress bar or any bytes received.

I originally got the errors...

do you mean attach the files? here they are... I assume thats what are trying to say, sorry newbie here

the tss_base1 files (two versions... are the custom tunes that wont download to predator, I attached the last tune written (FMAF06MHEX)
and the "original tune" file as well, I think maybe my tuner placed a typo in my calid or vin# on the custom tunes????

I cant get a hold of my tuner, i have open track racing tomorrow, my car dead in the water because of this issue, I cant start the car until I load my
custom tune, I just installed a supercharger. Plz help,

finally got a hold of my tuner TSS last friday evening, he collaborated with diablo tech Mike L. VIN number match were checked on custom tune files and seemed to be okay (no typos), TSS tuner sent me some new files to try, I tried to download them BUT still no luck I get an "invalid cal id error."

at first I thought maybe issues with my USB to serial cable, so I reverted back to my serial to serial cable to see if any issues with the cables, no differences. same problem,

your "test" file got me this error (see attached photo), I assume you go to "performance tune" menu on device and it will search for a custom tune file?, when you go to "custom tune" menu under "options" that seems to get me no where.... my car is an official "brick" , I tried calling your customer support last friday and they (Mike M.) told me its my tuners problem and my tuner says since its a software download problem its diablos problem, here I am stuck in the middle with my pants down, the forum is eating too much time, cant we move this up a notch? a phone call perhaps?

this has to be an issue with the old crom, please restore the stock tune, update the tool to this version, then delete all the files associated with the HEX named files, let the tool read a new backup,m and Mike at TSS or I can make the new tunes from that new backup.

I thought I had the latest CROM file installed but now realized i didnt, I followed your procedures and attached is the new generated original back up file. I loaded the performance 91 octane file to satisfy the device to create back up file to send you. Mike from TSS is on the road so if you can edit the custom tunes files and attach I would aprreciate it, TY
