Tool Identification

I found a Predator without any identification on it. It's definitely an older one, the front has a Granatelli Motor Sports sticker on it and when it boots up it says "Bios V-6.01" and the top of the home screen just says "Predator 1.03". If I go in the menu to tool ID it lists "Id: BCB657EDAFD79D88". I know the typical response is going to be that it's 1.xx and can't be used on another car, but I'm curious what model this is. Is it a U7198?

not even worth it Matt.. that old 1.03 tool can't do anything with it.. it won't data log, no custom tuning.. and it does not unlock/reset even after a restore to the vehicle is done, etc..

its a u7198, yes, you can send it in for $99 and have it upgraded to 9xXX specs, adds logging, etc, or, trade it in for a $100 credit toward a new i2 or Trinity

Worth it to trade in and get a new inTune I2 or a Trinity instead at a discount, yes... Not worth it to upgrade it LOL
