red line and black screen

was driving this morning and my screen shut off, tried to turn it back on after i got home with no success. When i plug it in a red light turns on next to the directional pad and that it had it connected to my computer all day and nothing and now i mounted it on my car and still the same issue. Sent a message to the technical support but ill have to wait till monday to get a response.

try holding down the left directional arrow while applying USB power and let it boot up while holding that button, and see if it gets to vehicle selection menu.
