Boost levels will be very close to what the 100hp tune will provide. You will see 25-27lbs of boost on the 65hp tune. The tow tune has less boost than that. MPG will be at least 3mpg.

is the tow tune or the 65hp tune the best to be running for fuel economy

Truthfully all tunes are going to be a improvement over stock. Its all on how you drive your truck based on a couple conditions. Gear/Tire size and if you drive your vehicle normal not going WOT as much. Staying between 60-70mph on the highway you will see improvement. If you have a 4.10 gear ratio your speed will be different than a 3.73 but if your in overdrive and around 1800 rpms cruising on the highway this will be best for fuel economy. I can not paste ford documentation in our form but this is how they do their test.
