after a year of hope it appears we (7.3 guys) have been put in cages and left for the crows.......

No, there is hope.
Now that U7165 R20 is out, we are going to focus on U7170.

All of the U7170 (7.3l) tunes are being re-written right at this very minute.
Give us some time to compile everything together and test it.
There are over 40 different base PCM's in those trucks with multiple calibration levels.
I.E. TONS of files.

I have the U7170 and had problems. Phil sent me a new crom file on 2/4/08 seems to be better. Is there more changes coming for theU7170 and how would I know about them, when available?

Am keeping an eye on these posts concerning U7170, would like to see programs fixed also.

Tunes are now done and tool software is being updated.
Soon as the new software is completed, we will release a new CROM for the U7170

I know everybody is in to the latest chip, however I have questions on an older one from 2000, Ford 7.3 . My computer failed and I want to know the risk of putting my old chip in my new box

Still no reply, 2 months later? Do you want service your product? The dealers out here are pushing different products.
