Intune frozen and still connected to vehicle

Hi,
I updated my intune on my pc tonight. I came outside and plugged it in to my truck. I clicked on "write vehicle." I was given the prompt to turn the ignition to "on." Once I did, it came to the screen that is currently showing. The top says "Tune Vehicle." The screen below is black with a frozen loading circle in the middle. It has been stuck here for about 15 minutes now. Can anyone help me with this? Is it safe just to unplug the cord from my truck?

Ok, so I chanced it the other night and unplugged the intune while it was frozen. I haven't noticed any effect. I tried three more times today to adjust some parameters on my tune and the intune keeps freezing at the same spot each time. After it asks me to turn my key to the "on" position, a black screen with a status circle appears. In just a few seconds the circle freezes. I have waited as long as 15 minutes with no progress. Also, the back and help buttons are unresponsive when this happens. Can anyone offer me any guidance, please?

I have an update we can try here, have you contacted our support team about this yet?

I have the same problem with mine with 2007 Silverado 1500 LTZ 6.0.
Did you get it fixed?

Did you fix your frozen intune? I'm having the same issue on my 2012 Sierra. I updated it and still have freezing issue.
