NSRT4 connectivity issues

Post by pedoviejo »

I bought the intune i2020 for my Dodge NSRT4.

I've registered the tuner, and updated teh tuner to version 2r10e (based on what the updater header)

I connect the device to the car and it says that this platform is no supported and needs an update. I reconnect it to the computer, run the updater (always say up to date), and reconnecting to my car tells me that the platform is still not supported and an update is needed

I've tried updating it multiple times, through different computers, and it always tells me, "There are no updates available at this time"

I did some digging on the forums, and many of the xml copy paste posted have a jumbled mess of words and numbers at <req reg = ...........

and responses ask for the xml file

here is the xml file.
thanks in advance for help

the intune 2020 is for ford vehicles, you need the 2010 i believe for dodge.

it is not looking for an update here, can you lug it back into the car and get the word for word message then post a new info file?

Thanks

so I figured it out.

I had bought a N2MB Code Scrubber to get rid of some TCM problem code, and forgot that I had installed it and had it running. turned it off, and it works now.

thank you, and I apologize for the waste of a thread

since were on the top of the nsrt4 the i2 and n2mb tools. I have a 05 nsrt 4 also my issue is that my i2 is freezing on data logs when I make a pull ONLY when my analog input for my wideband is plugged in. Only thing has changed is I installed a WOT box , and my old i2 broke when it married to my car i got my new one. plugged it up connected it to the computer did a calibration file and reloaded my custom tune. now when I data log and make a pull it fezzes ( the data continues to read just fine) , but I am unable to save a log or do anything with the touch screen only way is to unplug it and plug it back in.
