2014 Cruze eco unknown pcm

I got my i2 about 3 weeks ago and have not been able to get it to work, i keep getting a unknown pcm message. I have called 3 times and emailed the file directly to the person that i was talking to and i have posted it on the forums twice, and i still haven't heard any response from anyone yet. I know these things cant be fixed overnight, i just would like to have somebody tell me some sort of news. I cant wait to get it in the car i have heard some awesome reviews on what it does for the cruze.

when will the next update be coming out? i will be switching duty stations soon and would like to try to get the tune in before i leave
