I sold a trinity to this fellow who has a 2014 mustang 5.0L now he said that he has been sending e-mails back and forth with Daniel gomberg or something like that and he's try to go from miles to klm and from fahrenheit to Celsius and his car isn't shifting right and said you guys didn't help him at all now he wants to return it so please someone call me as soon as possible @ 403-243-4949 we are a dealer for you so call me ask for matt thanks and have a good day..

this is my point I sent email over 3 hrs ago and you can't even get back to me a dealer for your product well the customer brought it back I'm not very happy right now customer satisfaction should be looked at you need to work on your product and customer satisfaction

Matt, I try to check the forum regularly, but the best option would be to email us when possible, [email protected] is a great option.
I saw the emails from your customer and advise Daniel of some thnigs to try, and then the customer came back and seemed to say he jumped the gun and everything was ok.
The vehicle settings are defaulting after the flash, but the customer can change back to metric settings through the vehicle settings.
