Disgusted-ranting

I have to say that I am completely disgusted with Diablosport and their Predator.
Sure, when i first plugged it in and went and played with it, i loved it, even more than the juice. But once the newness wears off and everything settles in you begin to notice a LARGE number of issues with this product.
For instance:
1. There are hardly any features available that are advertised. This is quite annoying, as I purchased mine for specific features that are NOT in the programmer. You might want to take note Diablo, this is called FALSE ADVERTISING, and can mean big losses on your end.
2. The idle with this thing sucks, no matter what setting you put it on. It surges, idles high, sounds almost like a cammed out gasser. ITS CRAP
3. The mileage is NOT increased, no matter the setting. Before I installed this product, I continuously got between 18-20 MPG hand calculated. After installation I could only touch 16 MPG. This is not town driving either, this is filling up at the truck stop, driving 400 miles on the interstate at 75 with cruise, and stopping at my destination and filling up again. I don't see cruise driving as being a "driving habit" AGAIN, CRAP
4. The idle is so crappy on this that in temperatures below 30 degrees, you will load up the engine like no other, even to the point where it will choke and die eventually. Take the predator off, and guess what, perfect Cummins programming, idles at 750 with no load up. WOW, MORE CRAP
5. Surging when decelerating. Whether it be down a large hill or at an idle in a parking lot down a hill, it surges all the way down, take it off, and viola, no more issues.
6. Cruise surging, supposed to be fixed in r16, no such luck.
All of these issues are major pet peeves of mine. I can contest that this programmer somehow got rid of the hard to start problem i have always had with my truck, which the dealer can not fix, tells me it is software.
Keep in mind that all of this information is not only on my truck, but on a friends truck as well, exact same truck. I have the latest release, which isn't very late at all, and it is the only release that has ever been on the programmer.
What kind of company only has a forum (which is hardly ever answered) for customer service anyway? Do you think that all of your customers have internet access, much less the knowledge to use a computer? 63% of the United States population is computer illiterate.
All you guys that are hardcore Diablo guys, good luck with your junk, my standards for my $40,000 truck are much higher than this. I would rank this company just above BullyDog, which is dead last on my list.
If you guys spent the time to perfect these before marketing them and sending them, you would have a much better product. I do enjoy the smooth power and acceleration that the predator gives, but this by far is outweighed by the negative issues that your product has. All I can say is that if someone is looking for one of these, I'll have mine on eBay soon unless there is a fix.
