New Update for I2

Working on a 08 Challenger SRT-8 and having issues writing tunes, saying vehicle isn't supported, Handheld freezing up in the middle of a read. Never had these issues with the older I-1000 intune devices.

Where can i find the Newest update for the I2?

just plug it into a pc or mac and run the updater from the i2 drive.

it apparently doesn't work on my Laptop that is running Windows 8

I have jeep srt by 2015 and tried to with the I2 the tuning in to load. During the tuning he gave an error message, he had to be updated. I already for the tuning done, what now? There is new software for the jeep?

I DON'T SEE THAT OPTING ON MINE I'M PLUGED INTO MY PC WENT TO SETTINGS , THEN ADVANCED OPTIONS , HAS TECH SUPPORT MENU HIGHLIGHT AND THE CHECK FOR UPDATE IS DARK CAN'T CLICK ON IT

you dont need to go through any menus.

What we are asking you to do is go to the updater folder on the i2 drive, on the computer...no need to touch the tool at all

My updater via windows folder says I don't have access. I have checked for updates in the past with no problems so not sure what happened.

This sounds more like a 'permissions/ownership" issue with Windows than it does an I2 problem. What version Windows are you running? Have you recently upgraded to a newer version of Windows (like free Windows 10)? What is the exact message you get? Does this occur when trying to run the InTuneUpdater2.exe file?

It was my avast virus detector. Turned it off for a lil bit and it worked
