Ford 6.0 U7160 problems.!!??

Hello this is my first post I have the U7160 that i used from 05 till 06 when ford (REFLASHED) and when i got it back i did not work i got INVALID LIC, # and 06e17 and it would not go on.I called the tech line and talked to Dan on7-06 and they would not help or get me going only if i payed 399$ again to upgrade i tryed to tell him it was fords flash 3u7a-17a650-fu41.I think its hard to read the ford tag they installed.I have reflashed from 7r26/7r45 and always worked fine till (FORD the good guys) changed the setting thanks ford.I was told by a friend there are new owners of Diablo Sport and they could help.So here i am after a Banks 6 Gun,TOO HARD shifting,Power Pup, to many settings and the
Diablo was just right untill ford fixed it-Never again.Any help and thanks BLAZZE61

The U7160 is a older part # and had older hardware on the predator. Which we do offer a upgrade for this tool. The upgrade will convert the U7160 to a U7165 in which you will be able to tune your vehicle again.

And the is???????? Do i get a RMA or? and do i have to pay?????? Or are we like the OLD Diablo Owners?More help PLZ Blazze61

You will have to get a RMA here https://www.diablosport.com/index.php?m ... ay&pid=108 and fill out the online form. It will tell you cost. This U7160 was last produced back in early 2005. Instead of supporting old hardware which we are limited in what we can do with it, we give the option to upgrade to the latest hardware.
