I use multiple intunes from multiple customers, i have one desktop machine that runs W10 and I plug the newly unboxed intunes (v1 or v2) to this machine and they update flawlessly and the drives always show up. Then i go into the car on thedyno and plug the inTunes to my W10 laptop and the intune or I2 drive does not show up- i see two items on the com ports of the Device Manager; I2000 and I2 but no drive. I have tried every different USB port on the computer (bc when I use dataviewer only one of the 3 USB ports connects) and I never see the drive come up. I have removed all of the drivers I could find for the inTune and let it reload the drivers when I plug it in and still no drive. Please help.

Re: Problems with I2 drive
So if anyone cares my feet are getting tired of walking back and forth between computers as I save my tunes to Google Drive and then load them on the the intune at the desktop computer...

Re: Problems with I2 drive
delete the driver for the i-2000 in device manager/let it completely remove them, reboot tool and drive should appear.
