2010 Jeep Wranger 3.8L

I just install a new Super Charger in my 2010 Jeep Wrangler 3.8L. I used the tuner to install the custom program and now I can only get up to 4000 RPM's and I have low power. Any suggestion on trouble shooting?

limited to 4000 rpm in Drive?
have you contacted the manufacturer of the kit?
