Can't disable Torque management

Every time I attempt to disable torque management on my Silverado, the tuner freezes up. What gives? I have updated the tuner.

Also, the menu system is terrible. Half the time when I select the 87 Flex tune it asks me if I want to install the MPG booster tune.

the issue you describe seems ot be an easy tune bug, use the advanced menu to avoid that for now.
Post the tunes and I will disable the TM for you until thats fixed.

Those are the only tunes on my tuner. I'm not sure what you are asking for.

what year, engine, tranny is your silverado???

2015 Silverado, 4x4.

6 speed tranny. 4.3 V-6.

I look in the tunes folder and those are the only 2 files in there, the ones I uploaded. So I don't know what is going on. If I even attempt to tune the TCM it just locks up.

Honestly I'm about to sell this tuner, this thing has never worked right since the day I bought it. Half the time the screen is completely unresponsive. I sent it back to get it fixed and you guys said there was nothing wrong with it. I'm about to give up completely. So far I've not been impressed.

restore original backup to the truck..

then reinstall the preset tunes - Tune Vehicle - Advanced Mode.. select the ECM tune you want to install.. then this time around it should ask you to also select a TCM tune for the tranny.. so select firm shift or hard shift tune, and then install the tunes..

after the installs are done, then you should have 4 tune files in the Tunes folder - 2 ECM files and 2 TCM files.. so post 'em up here for Mikel..

I can't get it to work. The screen locks up every time I try to install a TCM tune. I tried for about an hour and gave up. I'm just going to restore the stock tune and get rid of this piece of junk.

I'm not going to bother sending it back because you will just send it back to me claiming nothing is wrong again.

Another thing I noticed is the programmer seemed to be pretty warm. Never had this issue with my other intune programmer.
