so I've been on the phone no for an hour and 30 minutes trying to reach a tech to help me unlock my predator tuner....
I really need some help. and I'm tired of sitting on the phone listening to a message about we are helping another customer..

i was on hold for 2 hrs then got told

hold times get longer in the afternoons, we are at 3 minutes this morning
