Res Delete

I have been using the 93 octane tune and recently took it off to take my car in for warranty work. I just had a Res Delete on my challenger and was wondering if the 93 octane tune was still going to be any good to me or do I need to get a custom tune? I haven't put the 93 tune back on yet since the res delete.

I have a 2014 Dodge Challenger RT Shaker.
