trying to update error code 12157

i am trying to update my intune so i can resolve my calibration issue. when i try to run the update program i get an error code 12157 and says check internet connection. i know connection is good so what else do i do?

Turned off firewalls and still no luck.

I dont know what esle it could be, but something is keeping it from accessing the internet on your pc or network.
