Trinity keeps saying Diablo Demo

Have customer that brought us his trinity and it keeps saying Diablo demo. Perform back up. Went to options and picked 2016 challenger . It performs a reboot and then states the same thing, diablo demo :normal: What am I missing

put it in demo and select original backup, let it pretend to restore, then reselect the 16 Chally and try again.
