2013 GMC Sierra Frozen

Tried to install the diablo tune in my sierra. Set all the parameters I wanted and it backed up the original files, started to write the tune then said it has encountered a problem and can't continue. Or something alone those lines. Now when I plug it in to try and tune or restore to factory, it gets past the screen that says please turn the key on and the little wheel spins for about 3 seconds then freezes. And that's it. You have to unplug and restart. The truck isn't tuned but the intune is now vin locked and gives the option to restore vehicle so something happened. Now what? Trying to call customer service is like cutting down a tree with a butter knife. Thanks!

And yes the tool is up to date and it is the original intune.
