Intune touchscreen help.

Hello,

Does anybody have any things they tried in order to get the touch screen to work better? im trying to enter a reset code but some numbers work on the first try but others take 100-200 attempts and still don't work.......

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

try loosening the 4 screws behind the screen by 1/4 to 1/2 turn each.
