I bought a Trinity for my 2015 Z06. I spent 5 to 10 hours dealing with the Save Original blah blah, constantly going back and forth, trying to make the latest update work in my car....that alone is worthy of a negative review of this company. When you guys sell these things, how about a forewarning that the average customer of a 2015 Z06 is going to spend many many hours making the compatibility REALLY work.....not like your website claims compatibility....but is actually, TRULY, compatible....as in plug and play compatible....
Now, after the headache of repeated ds downloader installs, repeated GM can gas blah blah....I get into a weeklong email conversation that goes like this....
EMAIL 1: Dear DT, i need help installing the Trinity in my '15 Z06. I can save an original tune but get a "Calibration Not Supported error." Image attached.
RESPONSE: is it manual or automatic?
EMAIL 2: manual
RESPONSE: Did it ask to read a unsupported backup?
EMAIL 3: No. I sent an image in my orig email regarding the error + hurdle: CALIBRATION NOT SUPPORTED.
RESPONSE: Did it save an original?
EMAIL 4: Yes! I said that in my original email as well. It's been a week, man. Maybe we can accelerate this dialogue and be more constructive in finding a solution, or just discuss on the phone???
The saga continues like this. Now, if your team is bombarded with questions and tech support, maybe its time to re-evaluate the product that is eliciting this kind of response? Maybe its time to start delivering MORE and claiming a little bit LESS....when you are getting flooded with complaints and despair, it means people aren't getting what they expected.
I've had this thing for 30 days. I just FINALLY heard from guys in a forum that the Diablo Trinity does NOT WORK ON ALL 2015 CORVETTES. This explains why Garrett instructed me to "get an update from the dealer" because my computer version was an "old" 2015 version. Well, guess what? My dealer told me to pound sand because GM has not authorized any computer update for my vehicle.
I suppose Diablo expects me to foot the bill to get my car flashed so that their original claim of compatibility will still hold up? thanks Diablo! for selling me a non-functioning product and then not having the professional integrity to own your product's flaws....if you did own it, you would say something like this -->:"your computer isn't old....it's appropriate for your car....it's our software that DOES NOT work with all 2015 manufactured z06's.....we deceived you at purchase time just to get the sale but we want to make it right....so, yeah, the reason we need your car flashed is our fault....if you want to return the trinity, we will pay the return shipping and give you a full refund....if you want it to work, we need you to get the car flashed and updated...."
As you can tell, I am sour about this experience and pissed off at the crappy service....this is my last effort, a hail mary, that details why I am walking away. In the back of my mind, I hope Diablo has some secret file waiting for me that will make my car work....but i highly doubt I'll see that....or, for that matter, any accountability regarding the points made in this thread...
In conclusion, the Diablo Trinity was the biggest aftermarket time suck I've ever encountered. This device OWES ME money for the time it wasted.

I can tell by your post you have NO background with technology.
Bad decision thinking you know cars, thinking because of this you can tune the computer. Then you blame your multiple fails on Diablosport?

Wow, you are quite the logic master, pal....it makes TOTAL SENSE that we should blame customers when products fail...and we can argue that they didn't exert their due diligence" prior to buying the product! That's genius!
I mean, you ARE right after all, the Diablo dumpsters are where the circuit component receipts were and the nerve on me to not call each component manufacturer to verify that Diablo was, in fact, buying component level hardware and making electronics like they claimed to be. Had i flown to China to ask their suppliers firsthand, maybe I wouldn[t be in this position, ya know?You shoulda been a lawyer cuz your arguments are 100% credible and 100% puuuurreee insight.
I forgot I live in America, ya know, and I forgot this is where nothing is regulated. Kids get run over on way to school? Well, shit, shouldn't have tried to cross the street! If they'd properly researched the speed survey for that stretch of road, they woulda known its a high risk area! Well, probably not, cuz you need to be a traffic engineer to understand a speed survey. Well shit, i guess they shoulda gonna to MIT for 4 years then, gotten a Masters, come back, AND THEN crossed the street to go to school........
one thing is FOR SURE, it is anything but the drunk speeders fault for killin the kid. Speeding takes out the dummys....filters the illogical out and keeps the LOGIC MASTERS LIKE YOU IN....

I can understand what flyinlynx is going through.
I received a T1000 on Sep 1st and it would not do any tunig in my car. It has last firmware installed! I asked for support. I sent file from my vehicle.
Daniel Gomberg told me that it would take about two weeks for DiabloSport to add support for an "unsupported vehicle".
"CAMARO SS AUTO 2014/2015 was supposed to be supported!".
Informed diablosport my Vin and asked if it would work before buying T1000.
Today is the 20th and I still did not receive the update for my T1000.
I received a T1000 on Sep 1st and it would not do any tunig in my car. It has last firmware installed! I asked for support. I sent file from my vehicle.

i can understand that. i'll explain it some more however. see even though its the same car with the same engine there are always SEVERAL computer "cal ids" take ecoboost for example. 2015 f150 3.5 ecoboost. so all the same right? WRONG. there is over TWENTY different computer codes. each one of them has to be supported on an individual basis. so what happens from time to time and in your case as we will have 5,10,20 cal id's supported but then someone tries to tune their car and BOOM you have a odd ball that is not yet supported. so then we have to start supporting it. which is perfectly fine. that is what we are hear for but it takes about 5 different people doing different things in order to support a car so it can take some time. i will say these two things. one i saw a BUNCH of unsupported GM go through my email yesterday saying it was processed so yours might be done already. and second we now have our full time GM guy back so this processes will go a lot faster. if you have some spare time, shoot an email over to cmrtech and see if they have your file supported yet

The answer:
"Trinity is being built now. So you SHOULD have it today J"
After that, I sent two more emails asking where should l look for it. No more answers until now.
No new update files for Trinity on site for download as well.
So 26 days and I am still waiting!
