2011 Dodge Ram 1500 CalID issue

Hello Diablo Sport Support.

I have a Diablo Trinity which fails to work on my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 truck because it returns an error regarding my CALID and prompts me to update. I have done an update via the downloader (version 2.3.1.0). The current CROM version is as follows: CROM version = 'diablo_dcx_gas-1r13d 09/13/2016 07:45:56 PM boot4'.

Here is the Diablo Information Information with the VIN blanked out.

I have also attempted the earlier CROM version earlier last week: CROM version = 'diablo_dcx_gas-1r13c 05/12/2016 02:32:28 AM boot4'.

The Truck's Current CALID: 68067140AJ
Subject: 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4

I would also suspect that my custom tune from HemiFever will no longer work as well since it was associated to the old original backup with the old CalID (68067140AH). This was all prompted because, I reloaded my original backup, went in for some warranty work and then received the Truck back with the updated CalID.

After making 2 service calls and exchanging emails, I have been told to update again, which is still failing. What is the next step to get this working?

what is the error you get?

T1000 still shows me message that new Calid is not supported and I need to either downgrade the car or upgrade the Calid. Below are some of the errors on the Trinity.

connect to dsdl, let it present the cal updater button then load that to the tool then to the vehicle then you may retune it.

I have done this a few times already. I am on CROM version = 'diablo_dcx_gas-1r13d 09/13/2016 07:45:56 PM boot4'. Is this the latest? Is here a way to validate that I am on the device besides plugging it in. Last time I did this it quit prompting me to update. I would then assume I am on the latest and greatest version out there.

For all following this issue. It seems to be resolved now. It appears that eventually after numerous attempts the Trinity updated, and rolled back the CALID to a suitable version.
