Ford Taurus, and E85, Tunning options?

I've got a 2005 Ford Taurus with the 12 valve 3.0L Vulcan Flex Fuel motor and all the bells that go with E85.

I know that the Taurus really doesn't come to mind as a high Hp machine, but I would like to be able to tune the thing to run much better on E85 than it currently does in terms of MPG. If I could get it to achive the same or better MPGs on E85 as pump gas, this would be a big deal to me.

Oh yeah, more power is always better too!

Is this an option via a Predator or something similar?

How about a Delta flip chip?

I looked into this for a '00 Taurus FFV a long time ago, and I believe that it could be done then?

Custom burns?

Anything?
