Need help getting out of recovery mode

Post by Konablue5oh »

I went to install a new tune and got stuck in recovery mode. The car wouldnt start for a while but after an hour finally turned back on. I assume it reverted back to the stock tune. Its running like absolute crap with the mods i have. Ive called numerous times with no answer and tried emailing. I understand they must be very busy, however any help would be appreciated if someone knows any tips or tricks to get it working properly.

I was able to get through on the phone and get it out of recovery mode by restoring it, however now it's saying the car was previously tuned and wont allow me to upload any new tunes.

the tool is not up to date, I would suggest updating it.

Is there a file in the tunes folder on the intune drive?
If so post it here please.
