Srt4 Trinity issues

Hello everyone.
I have a 04 neon srt4.
Everything was going great with my trinity but then one daty out of nowhere it told me i was a new register.
Along with my device telling me multiple times that its a new registrant it now cannot store, edit, or tune my vehice. So basically what ive gathered is my backup tune was lost from my trinity somehow and then factory reset itself for some reason.
ive plugged it into my laptop several times just for the program to tell me that i must backup my original tune before i do anything.
so im in a bit of a catch 22.
