2016 camaro ss not able to tune

I have the trinity 1000 and every time I try to connect it I get your calibration is not supported.

Is your trinity up to date?

Use the DS Downloader program to load the file attached and then try again.

Nope still same thing after update!!if you go ahead and let it back up the original backup it takes forever and then gives the option for modified stock and original backup but cant load either.

can you please email me your vin number. Also with your trinity powered up, go to Options/Show Information and let me know what version number is being displayed.

on th device, go to options/show information, and tell me what the current version is please.

lets reset the tool, go to options/troubleshooting and select the blank line at the bottom and type it out here or call up and we'll reset it.
If you post it here leave the tool on that key until I reply with instructions to proceed.
