BOOTLOOP TRINITY

Post by pittchallenger »

Ok, this is perfect timing today is December 29, 2016. I haven't driven my C6 in a while. I drive the car to a local restaurant and turn off the car. No issues what so ever with the tuner. I turn on the car and my trinity is stuck in "An internal update has been installed that requires a reboot. Please unplug your trinity briefly to cycle to the power. (1). I had sent this Trinity back a couple of months ago because the screen was full of spots. It was EXTREMELY QUIRKY when I received it after the first time from it being repaired. The up and down side to side buttons wouldn't work. Pressing on the screen wouldnt work etc. Little by little it started to work and now BAM boot loop. I paid a pretty penny for this tuner which has been really unreliable. I don't believe I saved my stock crom for my c6. Did I loose my stock crom??? Please advice

I would personally like to thank Cameron A Madewell, and Garrett C Kabinoff for helping me in this stressful situation. Their customer service is A+++ and helped me in my situation. Actions like these give confidence to people to continue to purchase products from their company knowing that Diablosport has the customers best interest in mind. Thank you again!!!
